Dr. Urvil Shah has vast experience  in radiology field for more then 15 years. He himself has performed many X-rays & related  procedures – like  all types of Barium studies, Contrast studies, HSG, IVP,  MCU / RGU, FISTULOGRAM, SINOGRAM, etc.

He has also performed thousands of whole body ultrasound  scans and Color Doppler studies including 3 D/ 4D Scans.

He has worked with most of the senior reputed expert consultant doctors of most of all specialties in  Ahmedabad City & it’s peripheral areas during his >15 years practice, thus providing them Expert quality diagnosis, assuring them to provide best treatment to their patients.

Dr. Urvil Shah has a special interest and expertness in following all fields:

  • Sonography – Focussing on Abdominal Ultrasound and soft – small parts ultrasound like Right Iliac Fossa, Neck, Thyroid, Breast, Musculo-Skeletal, Brain  Etc. 
  • Transrectal Ultrasound– For Fistula – one of few Radiologists in ahmedabad city are performing this procedure, Dr. Urvil Shah is one of them expert in this procedure, for which he has also published a poster in National Conference of Indian Radiology & Imaging Association (IRIA) Ahmedabad in December 2009.
  • EXPERT IN 2nd or 3RD OPINION-  Difficult Ultrasounds.

  • Colour doppler studies –  of Various parts of whole body including upper and lower limbs, carotid, renal, portal, ophthalmic etc. During his residency, he completed his Dissertation – Thesis on Colour Doppler – Angiography  Correlation in peripheral vascular lesions,  so he has thorough knowledge in this filed as well.

  • Digital X-rays OF whole body  and most of X-ray related procedures- (Barium Swallow, Barium Meal, Barium Meal follow up, Barium Enema,  IVP, RGU, MCU,  HSG, Fistulogram, Sinogram etc, ) which are performed now a days at very few places in most of Ahmedabad city- Gujarat & this centre is one of such place where these all facilities to patients – doctors are provided.

DURING THIS PERIOD, HE GOT VAST EXPOUSRE TO MORE THAN THOUSANDS OF X-RAYS & ITS  PROCEDURES, ALL TYPE OF WHOLE BODY ULTRA SONOGRAPHY & WHOLE BODY COLOUR DOPPLER STUDIES, UNDER EXPERT GUIDANCE OF HIS GURU- SENIOR MOST RADIOLOGIST DR. VIKRAM B. PATEL SIR.

ESTABLISHED OWN DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE – ASHIRVAD IMAGING – DR. URVIL SHAH’S X-RAY & SONOGRAPHY CLINIC IN NOVEMBER, 2016 IN PALDI, AHMEDABAD,  GUJARAT AT PRESENT LOCATION WITH ALL HIGH END LATEST FACILITIES.

  • Dr. Urvil shah was  also attached  as a Visiting Faculty with few  of good Multispeciality corporate  hospitals like  – Rajasthan hospital,  Nidhi hospital,  Chandramani hospital, Ahmedabad.
