Dr. Anil K. Shah is also a Senior Radiologist,  retired as Professor – Head Of Department of Radiology & Imaging, B. J. Medical college & Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India  in 2008. He is one of the pioneer in Ashirvad Imaging. Dr. Anil K. Shah also served as Director of Post Graduate (P.G.) Studies  & Research at B. J. Medical college , Ahmedabad, Gujarat in that time.

He has excellent academic tenure throughout his life.

He completed his M.B.B.S. in 1973  from B. J. Medical college, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat university.

He completed his D.M.R.E. (Radiology) in 1976  from B. J. Medical college, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat university.

He completed his M.D. (Radiology) in  1978  from B. J. Medical college, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University.

He served at various posts at Radiology department in Gujarat  State at various cities starting from tutor to assistant prof., associate professor, professor and retired as  Professor and Head of Radiology Department. – at Civil Hospital, B. J. Medical college, Ahmedabad, from  1976 to 2008.

He also Chaired Director of Post Graduate (P.G.) studies  & research at B. J. Medical college , Ahmedabad from  2003 to 2008.

He is serving in Radiology filed since > 40 years.

He has conducted many Radiology – M.D., M.R.E., D.N.B. examinations at state and national levels. He was Post Graduate Degree (P.G.)  Guide -Teacher for many years and thousands of students have passed below his guidance during his long academic tenure.

He was also recognized MCI Inspector in his tenure for Under Graduate and Post Graduate Radiology course for   MCI  inspections.
